FOR SUCH A TIME AS THIS… - Es. 4:14
Our theme at the Loudonville Baptist Temple in 2008 is “For Such A Time As This”.
We believe God has some specific opportunities for His church in 2008.
We have been blessed to be able to tell this world, and our community
that Jesus loves them, died for their sins, and will save them if they will
call on His name. We believe the Lord is going to increase our opportunity
and we want you to become a part of it! If you don’t have a church home
we invite you to join us! We are a Bible-preaching, Bible-believing local church,
with a vision for the world!
Pastor Koehler will be preaching message this year on the Heroes of the Faith
We believe God is still looking for some “heroes of the faith” in our generation.
It took boldness and faith in God for Esther to fulfill God’s calling in her life.
God is still looking for boldness and faith today!
His calling is sure; we are called to be salt and light, to earnestly contend for the faith,
and to take His message of Hope into every corner of the globe.
We believe that this can be accomplished in our generation! What part would God
have you play in seeing this goal accomplished?
World Missions Conference –
2008
God did amazing things in our Missions Conference
this year. He brought together the faith promise offering to
continue support of our 40 current missionaries, He gave us a
week of fellowship and preaching with 6 wonderful missionaries
and their families, and He called one family from our church
to serve Him in evangelism. As always, God was faithful to us
and worked in many hearts. It was a wonderful blessing. Please
continue to pray for our missionary guests and for God's
leading in our missions ministries.
Family Month – May 2008
The month of May is always an important time for our church. We spend the entire month focusing
on the family. Of course, supporting and encouraging the family is always our goal, but during Family
month we put an extra emphasis on godly relationships, raising children, and honoring God in every
area of our lives. Watch for details as we get closer to this special time…
Summer Bible Conference – July 30th – Aug 3rd, 2008
This summer we are privileged to have Dr. David Cloud returning to LBT
for a Bible Conference.

Bro. Cloud is a well known author and conference speaker on the Bible version issue as well as
end-times apostasy in churches. Evening Services will begin @ 7PM and our regular service times
on Sunday, Aug. 3rd. |
